RESTORATION

Jeremiah 30:17

My Archbishop, Most Rev Margaret E Benson-Idahosa, has declared this July as our month to FOCUS ON CHRIST FOR DIVINE RESTORATION. Based on the theme, I decided to share this message with you which I believe will be great blessing to you.

I don't know what you are going through right or what you have lost, but I have good news for you. If you can devote youself to read this message with faith in your heart, you will experience Divine restoration. There is a restoration with God. Whatever you have lost God has the capacity to bring it back again and whatever has been damaged in your life can be restored back to the original state. There is nothing too hard for God.  For He knows all things and everything is subject unto Him.

There was a time in Israel that God judged them and allowed them to be taken to captivity for their iniquities. It was a very difficult period for them, when her problems were beyond solution. God made them to have painful experience because they rejected His word.

Hear what God said about them that led to their difficult time. Jer. 30:12  "Thus saith the LORD, Thy bruise is incurable, and thy wound is grievous.

 13  There is none to plead thy cause, that thou mayest be bound up: thou hast no healing medicines.

 14  All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not; for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of thine iniquity; because thy sins were increased.

Though, God allowed them to be tortured in order to bring them back on the right track with Him, yet, His love would not allow Him to totally eradicate them,  to the extent He says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after". 

My friend, God will also restore your health and everything you have lost in Jesus. There is nothing impossible with Him. The God that brought Lazarus from the dead after four days is still on throne. Your restoration is certain with Jehovah. The Lord that made iron (axe head) to swim according to 2Kings 6:5-7 

 But as one was felling a beam, the axe head fell into the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed. note (Compare)

 6  And the man of God said, Where fell it? And he shewed him the place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim.

 7  Therefore said he, Take it up to thee. And he put out his hand, and took it.

For He says in Isaiah 61:7 " For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.

For everything you have lost, you will have double. For every shame you have experienced, you will have double honour. When Job received double of everything he lost . Job 42:10

If you can call on God right now there will be Divine restoration.

The Bible says " How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him".   Acts 10:38

 If Jesus Christ was doing good when He was not been crucified, how much more will He do more good now fo after He has suffered for us on the cross.

Trust in God and let us cry unto Him, there is restoration for everyone in Him

Condition For Restoration

1.    Recieve The Word. Job 22:22, John 15:7

2.    Return to God in repentance and confession of sin.
       Job 22:23, 1 John 1:9

3.    Trust in Him. Psalms 34:8-10

4.    Walk in Obedience. Job 36:11

5.    Rejoice in the Lord. Phil. 4:4, 1 These. 5:16,
       With joy you shall draw water out of the well of salvation. Isiah 12:3
